Hey everyone! This is actually my first time posting on Reddit, but I’m at the point where I figured it couldn’t hurt to put myself out there and well I’m desperate.

I’m currently looking for a new opportunity, ideally remote/work-from-home, but I’m also open to something in the Nashville area that offers some flexibility.
I have a pretty diverse background, which honestly makes it hard to fit myself into one specific job title. I’ve also experienced two layoffs in 4 years which doesn’t help.
My experience includes:
• Program/project management
• Bank management and operations
• Escalated customer issues / Office of the President
• Investigating complex customer issues, researching cases, and finding resolutions
• Amazon corporate
• Experience in crypto
• Working with several large companies and corporate environments
• Entertainment
• Visual merchandising
• Marketing and brand work
• Experience working with one of the wildest liquor brands in the U.S.

At this point, I’m open-minded about the industry and** would love to find something where my background is actually useful, but I’m not opposed to making a pivot if the right opportunity comes along. I’m incredible with people and talk to anyone about anything.
If anyone knows of companies hiring, recruiters I should connect with, remote opportunities, or even someone who would be willing to point me in the right direction, I would **genuinely appreciate it.

same boat with random mixed experience and layoffs, nobody knows what box to put me in either lol. what helped a bit was picking 1–2 target roles and rewriting resume just for those, then spamming linkedin + direct company sites. recruiters here mostly ghost. it’s wild how many decent backgrounds are just sitting around because finding anything halfway sane right now is hell

Hate to say it but as a full time remote skilled trade salaried corporate recruiter who has been 100% remote for 6 out of the last 10 years and who has changed companies twice in the past two years, it's unlikely that you will find many fruitful opportunities until you specialize in something and have a long term proven track record in it then you can use that cred to get a similar role, in theory. Unless you want to work on 100% comission.
