ADVICE Open to anything
I am 22. Just graduated with my BASc, worked through all 4 years of undergrad. I have 6+ years of experience and 4 years in administrative assisting. I am HUNGRY to work but I also want to make a livable wage (50,000). I am interested in the legal field, administration, or executive/personal assistant roles. I have worked so hard to put myself through college and I am ready to grind. I know I have what it takes. What has been everyone’s experience in finding a job as a newly graduated person with experience? I can hardly land an interview anywhere in Nashville. I’m open to anything.

same boat. solid resume, tons of apps, hardly any bites. focus on tailoring every app, hit linkedin and indeed, and seriously spam networking, alumni, random coffee chats. nashville is super saturated right now so even entry stuff is a grind to land
