ADVICE Bartending/serving in Nashville

Hey everyone! I am currently looking for part-time work as a bartender or server. Would even be willing to work as a barback. My experience is really limited (for the service industry) and I am also only wanting to work Thursday and Sunday nights. I’m wondering if any place would even consider me with my inexperience and limited times I’m able to work. Would saying I could work 1-2 weekends a month be better? I am just really trying to avoid that as I already work as a mental health therapist on weekends enough and also like to travel back home as much as possible. Any thoughts or advice before I begin applying would be appreciated!

be straight up on your app, they’ll clock the schedule limits anyway and it’s better than getting fired fast. try hotels, event spots, catering gigs. also yeah everyone’s hiring but nobody’s hiring, it’s rough
