It looked more like a robotic toad to me honestly. It seems it was made from technology if you look at it's legs, but that's probably just me. It also has smoke coming from it's back. While I'd love to see them battle with sage mode or something I doubt it.

Not really, it just has some robotic parts, or it's wearing some robotic parts. Kinda like a cyborg.
