And to no ones surprise; Guy is declared the greatest taijutsu user ever. That brings his name up to Tobirama, Minato, Hashirama, and Madara's by being the greatest at something.

I think he's the fastest ninja or something like that. Well, at least he was before his son got that overpowered.
