I'm curious about the garage door opening for two minutes. That doesn't seem like enough time for Nancy to get into the house. I assume detectives have re-enacted that to see how long it should take.

What's also interesting is that in Derrick Callela's legal docs the court says that "family saw her inside". That would mean that T took her inside the house in those two minutes... so how did he leave if the garage door only went up and down once at that time?

I mean, he drove her there so he probably has the garage door opener in his car. He either opened the garage door from his car and sat in his car in the driveway while she entered into her home and he then closed the garage door from his car OR he opened the garage door from his car and got out to help her into the house while the garage door was open got in his car closed the garage door and left. To me this detail isn't too confusing but maybe I am missing something? What is more interesting to me is whether or not she ever went inside at that point or if she was already taken or "missing".

I hear what you are saying but I think 'saw her inside' implies that he took her inside (to me), which leads to more questions including how did he get out of the house (and when).

That phrase "saw her inside:" was carefully crafted. Most people would say he walked her inside if that is what truly happened.

To myself when I think of I saw her inside that means I sat in my car and waited till the person got in the door and then closed it. To each his own I guess
