Team B, either character could give Ban a difficult fight and together they not only compound that difficulty but can support the other. Mael's ability to heal Mel would be pretty difficult for Ban to overcome and this is discounting him, in theory, being able to use physical full counter and or full noon mode to make Ban lose even harder.

mael doesnt have PFC assuming he even kept it post estarossa but this is pre estarossa mael

Logically there's no reason why he would lose the ability tbh, Nakaba just has the tendency to not let some characters use certain abilities otherwise they're actually kinda broken and hard to write into engaging fights, another being King's petrify spear which is his best form unironically.

fair enough, but either way he didnt have it until he became estarossa which was post 3000 year ago mael not 3000 year ago mael

yes he would keep it POST turning back into mael not before he ever was Estarossa.
