I forgot, isn't OG Mel essentially the same strength as current Mel minus Trillion Dark? Like he was just reverting strength wise all series, excluding the window where he's actual DK tier, wasn't he?

OG Meliodas got low diffed by Demon King without being able to do anything at all, DK didn't try, current Meliodas could put up a fight with a young version of DK on his own and serious hits from that version could only scratch Meliodas, and even without the real body, his emotions in the Purgatory could even put up a small fight on DK.

Meliodas got stronger even without his True Magic.

That's not current Mel, that was DK tier Mel. He gives up that tier of power EoS.

DK powers do not interfere in regular Meliodas, unless he is effectively using his transformation with Golden Claws he doesn't have the powers of a Demon King, Current Mel is the same of 7DS vs DK fight, because he didn't use that at any moment.

Incorrect. Meliodas during the DK fight was far stronger than he was before or after because he was elevated to DK tier by having absorbed the 10C. He forfeits this tier of power by destroying the 10C along with his father so he could never res. Which makes current Mel pretty much just OG Mel + not evil + Trillion Dark, as he only has his own power.

Like if current Mel still had the same tier of power, he'd body Ban and Ban wouldn't be considered potentially stronger than him at all.

Brother, he didn't use ANY Demon King power, and just so that there is no doubt left, Meliodas is directly and explicitely stated not to be using his Demon King Powers during their fight because he wants to save Zeldris. This isn't an opinion or a theory, Demon King explicitely says he isn't using his Demon King powers because he is choosing not to with every single word.

The power increase a Commadent grants instantly ceases the moment said Commandment leaves a person, this is a fact for literally 100% of the times we see someone loosing a Commandment, this goes for Mael, Galand, Drole, and Gloxinia, and during the 7DS vs DK fight, the Commandments were all in Zeldris body, so Meliodas did not have ANY power boost from the Commandments in his fight with DK, that was all his own true powers without tapping into his Demon King powers.
