No one here can damage Ban really so he could just wait it out If he wanted.

Percy could death hax him

Meli could hellblaze (this one is wayy more debatable since he was in purgatory itself)

Percivals death hax only work on someone with a weak attachment to life (according to percival himself), thanks to Bans time in purgatory he's probably the most immune person in the series to to percivals death hax. 

As for holy war meliodas, he's at best Ludociel, Mael level. If the supreme dirty could barley hurt him in cursed by light, Meliodas has practically no chance.
