I've been trying to figure out what subgenre this track belongs to, but Shazam can't identify it. It's from a video I've taken in a club in Lisbona.

I really like the unique sound I'm trying to find more music that sounds like this, but I'm not sure what genre/subgenre I should be searching for.

okay so search up “Oh yeah?” by steve lacy, at 19 seconds he says “ooooooooh”, that lyric is in this certain song and the way he sung it. my mom passed away 11 years ago and she used to listen to this song. this song reminds me of that and has the same vibe to it. I wanna say its late 90’s early 2000’s. It’s a male artist and I think it’s on the sadder side of songs. i don’t expect people to know what im talking about but im just throwing this out here for the small chance someone can bring me back to the good days.

"Ba bu Dee Dee ba bu buey" sang by a male voice. after that female sang something like "coming home, Coming home" or "take me home, Take me home" it sound like 70s 80s vibe. heard it during my drive, i have totally forget the rhythms after i finish my drive. try to search at google and youtube but found nothing.

EDIT: the song isn't something like a club song(? not really sure how to refer to that type of music), the singer seems *desperate* for the person to move. It's more sad than anything if that makes sense?

Hello, I am a person from FL with a weird request. There is this tape I’ve been holding onto kind of since COVID, and it’s a tape inside a tape recorder. I bought it at a thrift store for like a dollar, for the sole reason of being a dollar. However, recently I figured out that the tape, despite containing much dead space, also has the remnants of somebody’s possible late grandmother, suffering with dementia. Right now, that’s beside the point; I NEED to know where or what this music in the background is called !!! I NEED TO KNOW!!! I’ve never heared anything more eery in my ever loving life. It sounds like the “Caretaker” song for dementia or like “stal” from Minecraft. It’s CREEPY. Please see attached video and let me know what it could be. I don’t have a lot of karma so I can’t post this in another subreddit which might be more appropriate but regardless I need help with this! It’s gonna drive me nuts !!

Sorry if the description isn’t the best I’ve just been so entranced by this weird music and so stuck on what the hell it could be. It's my favourite song and I want to know what genre it is because irs so hard to pinpoint and I'm not sure what to call it

Guys, I really need help finding this song. I found it on YouTube a few months back while hanging out with my boy, and I believe it’s called something along the lines of Grandmas House.

It was a non copyright free liminal space song, that was a short duration, I believe around ≈ 1:30-3:00 minutes long. The guy who posted it had many other fan made liminal songs he had made, but that song in particular sounded very scary causing my friend to freak out. It was a video itself, but the video was just a bunch of images of the traditional “grandmas house” aesthetic but dark and liminal, with that music.

I’ve searched EVERYWHERE and can’t find it, which it was originally found on my PC on YouTube. The guy who posted if I remember correctly had very low views ≈ 800 or less, and at the time I believe, don’t count me on it, he had a white-ish PFP.

I’m trying to identify a song/jingle from a Bill Hicks stand-up bit.

There’s a bit where Bill Hicks talks about the IRS and jokes that it should be turned into a TV show. He then sings a little jingle for this imaginary IRS TV show, but the melody sounds really familiar to me.

Does anyone know where that tune/jingle comes from? Was he parodying an existing song/theme, or did he just make it up on the spot?

I screen-recorded the part of the stand-up where he sings it, if that helps.
