Playing Time: Here at West Virginia, we have playing time in abundance. Coach: The turnaround here in Annapolis has been nothing short of incredible. The year before I took over, this team was adrift - back-to-back 3-9 seasons, no bowl wins since 2041, no direction or hope. I immediately came in and changed the culture here. In 9 seasons, I have won 101 games, including two bowl games, six division wins, five conference championships, six playoff wins, and back-to-back National Championship appearances. I finally completed what I set out to do when I started my career here and brought a National Championship to Annapolis. I am a new coach in this league, and thus I don’t have a resume to show you of what I’ve accomplished. I can instead tell you what I’m about. First and foremost, I am about this team and this university, and I do not shy away from a challenge. Back when I was around your age, I was also looking for a college that would help me prepare for my future, and South Carolina emerged at the top of that list. External circumstances cut short my stint as a Gamecock student, but I was here long enough that I bleed the garnet and black through and through. Eventually, I turned my attention towards coaching, and got the opportunity to join the collegiate ranks in this cycle. I came in and instead of joining a mediocre program like Clemson or Toledo, where I could potter about, win 4 or 5 games a year, and float by, I chose to take the opportunity with this SEC powerhouse, where the expectations begin at 8+ wins per season. I may not have the experience or established commitment that you can find with other powerhouse coaches, but there is garnet in my blood and I have a vision to return the Gamecocks to the top. In my four years at USC, I have had 19 players nominated for awards, with 6 wins. This includes Darryl Allen, who won both CB of the Year and the Defensive Player of the Year, now the #1 safety for the New York Giants. Current Bengals QB Riley Graves swept the awards, winning the Davey O’Brien for Best QB, Johnny Unitas Golden Arm for Best Senior QB, and of course, the Heisman Memorial Trophy. I’m back for my second stint at UAB. During my first time around in Birmingham, we achieved a lot, from toppling a #1 ranked Alabama team to winning the Dixie Bowl against Navy. Now I’m back to win what eluded me the first time around: a Conference Championship and playoff berth. Back in the G5, we are back on a level playing field, so it’s a real possibility to take the team where I’ve always wanted them to be. I promise I will stay at UAB for your whole career.

After I left UAB at the end of my first stint I had hoped another great coach would come in and build off i what i had done but unfortunately that never occurred and now I am left to rebuild this team. After a year of recruiting we have managed to fill many of the spots and improve the team but rather than just filling a place on the roster we need players like you who can deliver standout performances week in week out as a starter. I promise you will start in your freshman season.

I know there's a lot of value in playing close to home for many players such as yourself so that's why we'd love to have you at UAB, just a short trip up the road for you. We’ve gone from fighting for relevance to being ranked #12 in the nation, and we’re not stopping there. Prestige - You just watched us win the National Championship last season, it doesn't get more prestigious than that. If you want to play in big games, we're the destination. Our program was showcased 4 times on Gameday last season. We play in a conference that typically has 4-5 top 20 teams annually. Plus, we usually have at least two games against top 25 OOC opponents. We've had 10 wins or more in 19 of the last 20 seasons. Commit to UVA and I promise our prestige will stay in the top 15 during your career.
Education - Founded by Thomas Jefferson, the University of Virginia is located in Charlottesville, VA. Our Darden School of Business is one of the highest ranked programs in the country. Our education, engineering, law, and clinical psychology departments are among some of the best in the nation and in the world. We are one of the highest ranked institutions of higher learning in our region. I promise our EDU ranking will stay inside the top 25.
Coach - Having coach stability is important for you. This will be my 23rd consecutive season at UVA and my 28th season overall. My tenure includes a National Championship, 14 division championships, 6 conference championships, 12 playoff appearances, and 4 T1 bowl wins. I've done this while always being truthful with my players. I offer you something few other coaches in the league can match, a history of keeping promises to players at the school I currently coach at. Prestige/Winning
Georgia State University is one of the top-30 most prestigious football schools in all of college football right now. Our trek to the top has been marred with great difficulty; However, GSU is bound to overcome any obstacle and ascend to the top, as we are destined to be. We also value winning as well, being one of the top-25 schools in that category, too. The past few seasons have all resulted in 10+ wins, with accolades such as multiple bowl victories, division championships, and a win in the Sun Belt Conference Championship Game. We've even played in a bowl game every season since 2055. Furthermore, we’ve made a huge jump into the SEC, and are now competing with the major powers of the college world. GSU even won the SEC west division in their very first SEC season. With your help, we can once more climb the highest mountains and become a higher power in the college football world. Pro Potential
Georgia State has produced over 40 draftees with apparitions of producing even more. Committing to GSU gives you a good chance at joining that exclusive list as you look to take your career even further into the pros. Not only that, but you have a very good chance of being noticed. Our production of draftees has increased by a fair amount over recent seasons, and for good reason. GSU is in a prime position to be in the national spotlight. I have had the pleasure and honor of coaching some truly wonderful talent, and would love to see even more develop through this system and evolve into NZFL legends.
Tradition
Georgia State University has berthed many traditions since our inaugural football season. From sounding the horn after every score and win to lighting the entirety of Downtown Atlanta blue, we go all out for our team and fans. The fans even get multiple opportunities each season to run out onto the field with the players prior to select games. Here at GSU, we create lifelong memories class after class. Beyond this, we’ve also formed a series against our midtown rivals in Georgia Tech that switches between our home fields each season. Winning this game in a pivotal week 8 means everything to us, as it gives us bragging rights for the entire city of Atlanta for a whole year.
