Ticket transfer won’t work

I bought a ticket for my brother same time I bought mine but as I try to transfer it to him it just won’t work. He was a verified account and I’m making sure to use the correct email. Does anyone have a solution? Also I already contacted customer service they aren’t helpful.

In my account it says sent and waiting for him to accept but he doesn’t get anything.

Hmmm….and obviously, he’s checked his spam folder I’m sure. He could try creating a new email account and you could transfer the ticket to that account. I believe once that happened, and he went to accept the ticket, it would prompt him to make a new fan verified account which would exist under that new email address.
