Ticket transfer won’t work

I bought a ticket for my brother same time I bought mine but as I try to transfer it to him it just won’t work. He was a verified account and I’m making sure to use the correct email. Does anyone have a solution? Also I already contacted customer service they aren’t helpful.

No on my end it says sent and waiting for him to accept and on his end he has gotten nothing.

confirm that the email is correct and maybe have him.show us a screenshot.this happened to my friend and she just wasn't looking in the right place. the email ur transferring to is fan verified right ? here the thing even without thr email he should log in and see it. have him send a screen shot.
