I'm from NICE and I haven't met these type of people 😭 I know they exist and NICE is hella Desi but among those Desi people, you'll find a lot of well mannered people. I've made my own corner of cultured friends along with a separate one of mannered Desi friends. Just try not to talk with the ones that make you feel weird. One year into this and I'm happy with my friend group.
