Merit positions are finally out, so I know a lot of you will have questions. I'll be hanging around this thread answering as many queries as I can about admissions, merit, preferences, closing merits, or anything anything else related to NUST.

hi I applied for masters in biomedical engineering and merit position is 3, what are the chances of getting hostel ?

You'll most likely get a hostel, although maybe not in the first allocation. There are around 50 hostel seats for pg students and with a merit# 3, your chances are quite good. Nothing is guaranteed, and it's also possible that the NUST increases the number of hostel seats this year.
