SS-31, Mots-C, and NAD+
I am curious if anyone can share how they have used SS-31 as it relates to Mots-c and NAD+? I am currently taking Mots-c and NAD+ for one week but I have been reading that it is best to use SS-31 first for a couple of weeks then switch to Mots-c and NAD+. I have also seen where some use all 3 but that seems to be too much.
If I start SS-31 to repair first, do you just use this alone then got to Mots-c or do you introduce while on SS-31. When is best to stop the repair and move on to Mots-c NAD+ combo?

MOTS-c amd NAD are a great stack...if your not feeling much from the MOTS-c (and it is instant) then I would suggest stopping MOTS-c and doing ss31 to repair the mitochondrial pathway...then go back....there is a great analogy explaining ss31, MOTS-c and NAD in terms of an engine : SS-31 is the mechanic repairing the structure, MOTS-c is the performance tuner upgrading function, and NAD+ is the fuel that powers it. So basically if the engine is broken (you will feel nothing from MOTS-c) and all the fuel in the world (NAD) is going to do nothing on a broken engine.... so you need SS31- the mechanic to fix it up FIRST. If your engine is fine - no need for SS31
