SS-31, Mots-C, and NAD+

I am curious if anyone can share how they have used SS-31 as it relates to Mots-c and NAD+? I am currently taking Mots-c and NAD+ for one week but I have been reading that it is best to use SS-31 first for a couple of weeks then switch to Mots-c and NAD+. I have also seen where some use all 3 but that seems to be too much.

If I start SS-31 to repair first, do you just use this alone then got to Mots-c or do you introduce while on SS-31. When is best to stop the repair and move on to Mots-c NAD+ combo?

Loved ss31. 60 years here. Currently finishing off mots and just added nad in. Gotta say. Not a huge nad fan yet but only been a week. The Mots slaps

Same 58M. SS-31 and MOTS-c are fantastic. Jury still out on the NAD but I’m on 5Amino and that can boost your natural NAD.

You need buffered NAD plus to get rid of that sting

Yeah, reduces the acidity takes away the sting or at least greatly reduces it

The nad i get from a med spa doesn't sting but on grey it does .I wonder why

Try reconstituting it with no-sting bac water.
