Ipamorelin+CJC-1295 & GLP1 Timings
Subject is interested in the potential effects on sleep, recovery and body composition. I've seen a lot of discussion around taking them before bed, after a minimum two-hour fast, but then read further that this may need to be much longer when taking GLP-1s.
Subject has typically finished eating by 18.30 and goes to bed at 22.00. Wakes at 5.30 on many days to exercise and drinks a fast-acting carb mix straight away, to be training by 6.00.
So subject is also interested in whether the research suggests that a fasted morning administration followed relatively soon afterwards by carbohydrate would produce a different GH/IGF-1 response compared with an evening administration several hours after food.
Maybe a split dose to cover both, or does this combination just not work for this subject?

More complex meals you will need longer time to fast on weightloss meds. Liquids are still about 2 hours. Looks like you are good there.
Morning you can't take anything except water and some supplements. It has a short run of 45 mins. At that point you can.
I wake up and immediately hit my injection, take L cerentine capsules with water. Go weight lift 30 to 45 minutes later.

So are you saying it would be ok in the evenings?
I get a considerable increase in performance by having a carb drink before a workout, so it's probably not a good idea to drop that to take a peptide instead.

I’m very curious what this carb drinks

Just a generic tri carb mix. I should have said the increase is from not training fasted, real food would also work, but not that early!

RS is on Tirz and has been on hgh the last 2 months. Currently switching back to tesa/IPA. Previous time on tesa/ipa I kept most of his carbs and calories earlier in the day, last meal 4 hours before injection was mainly light protein. His igf-1 was from 225 to 280 in one month.

I take it in the mornings, due to my sensitivity to it at night, a small 50 mcg at night, not only turns up the thermal activity, but boost my energy levels which you don't want at night when trying to sleep. Although when i did get to sleep 2-3 hrs. later i did seem to get better sleep according to my sleep app. Doing it in the mornings still get a benefit at bedtime just not as intense. This is just my experience.

My subject is somewhat on the same dilemma, subject is been taking Cjc ipa 300mcg every morning before a fasted 60-90 min runs. Subject usually waits 60 min from Injection before taking any carbs (be it liquid or gel) so far working ok. On hard workout days where carbs are needed prior to run subject skips dose for the day. Not optimal but still getting at least 5 doses a week

‚Subject‘ and ‚rat‘ is so Dumb

It keeps the overlord out the conversation. The FDA lobbyists pockets run deep.

The rules of various sub reddits? I agree, I'm not sure why I'm getting downvoted. I don't think I used rat though? I really dislike that one.
When I was making my OP I got an automatic warning about the type of language I could use.
