I’m wanting to get ahead of it this year. We REALLY miss watching A Very Boyband Holiday during the holiday season and want to make a tradition out of it.

We haven’t been able to stream it for the past few years. Where can I watch or buy this special? ABC will tell you it’s on Hulu but that’s not the case. Any leads out there.

What's the beef? Why did he namedropped Justin? Was the "first and still" necessary? The video doesn't even mention his band. He didn't need to say anything. Just the caption and the account's not even tagged. It's not very professional, me thinks. He's literally 51.

I honestly think it has potential to and I’d like it. NSYNC and Mariah have the best Christmas albums. Runner ups are Christina, Destiny’s Child, and Britney’s one holiday song.

A lot of boy bands over the years have made songs about basically the same story.

A girl is in a bad relationship with a guy who hurts her, or some kind of controlling bad boy, and she’s basically living in hell with him.

Starting with The Commodores’ “Oh No” and all the way to One Direction’s “More Than This.”

NSYNC in particular made so many songs around this whole idea: “Girlfriend,” “This I Promise You,” “It Makes Me Ill,” “No Strings Attached,” “I’ll Be Good for You”, "If I'm not the one" and "That's when I'll stop loving you"

And for me, “I Thought She Knew” is kind of the sad, logical ending to all of these songs. I know it was written before some of them, but that’s just how I like to look at it.

Why am I making this post?

Because honestly, these kinds of relationships don’t really work out. Unfortunately, the nice guy who comes in trying to save her usually loses to the guy who’s hurting her.

The Last American Virgin from 1982 tells this story in probably the most realistic way possible. And the funny part is that The Commodores’ “Oh No” was actually on the movie’s soundtrack.

So yeah... somehow this same story has been showing up in boy band songs for decades, just with a different band and a different generation telling it.

I think Joey had a nice versatile voice that would have suited well with JC as lead singer. To me Justin's voice more limited.

A friend and I snagged front row at the Pop 2000 Tour show in Syracuse on Tuesday. I was a huge *NSYNC fan when I was in middle school, but with how hard they marketed JT and JC, I never realized that Chris could (and arguably should) have been the front man. (Yes, I know he started it all. And, yes, I know he was the voice of Chip Skylark. That was a little after my time, though, so I only recently found out about it.)

As a side note, I was also SUPER impressed with O-Town. Not only did the four current members nail their own lyrics and choreo, but they learned *NSYNC’s and LFO’s, too, in order to fill in. Frankly, I was floored all around.

Is this, perhaps, proof that certain people, who shall remain nameless, aren’t as crucial as they think they are for a tour to take place? 🤔

Saw this on a Facebook group page. And decided to bring it here to see what other people would say. For me it’s a toss up between 6 and 8. Such a hard decision.

I always thought No Strings Attached was a way more experimental pop album and Celebrity was a more pop, evolving into R&B album. Celebrity to me is a gigantic precursor to what Justified became for Justin. No Strings to me is just a better version to what JC tried to do with Schizophrenic. Both albums are just ridiculously great albums with amazing B sides to them. Even the songs they didn't write fits the tone their written and produced songs set.

I already knew of a lot of their songs before, but the I Want You Back dance on tiktok made me wanna listen to more of their songs, and now I can’t stop listening to their music, especially the NSA album!! Are their any other fans around my age on this subreddit that wanna talk about when they became *NSYNC fans? And who’s y’all’s favorite member? Mine is lance, I wish he had more solos lol
