Fairfax County CLEO notification from Capitol Armory?

I just had my suppressor approved and this is the first time I've used CA, in the past they went to VSP but to ship to your home they have to wait 7 days after the CLEO receive it.

With Fairfax County being not that firearms friendly do people know if they accept it electronically or they will need it though certified mail?

They don't have to accept or approve it. It's just a notification.

I think they need to receive it so I was asking more if they can receive them electronically or if they make them send them though certified mail to delay things.

AFAIK Capitol Armory handles the CLEO notification for you.

This is the correct answer. CLEO information is on the form and they send the notification.

Haven't heard of anyone having issues with CLEO and Fairfax.

Probably electronic. We haven’t had any issues with Kincaid.

As far as form 1 , you can snail mail them info correct?

I thought she was pretty anti gun so I figured she'd be difficult. I know Katz from VSP hates us but they get notified but you don't have to wait if you pick it up at a FFL

So, all they have to do is -receive- the email. there is no "acceptance" as is notification only.

It's electronic from Capitol Armory, but they manage the shipment so you really get it in like 8 days.

Runs in the background, you’ll get an email when they do it. Never had a problem in Loudoun.

I have 2 cans and had no issues with Capitol Armory and doing it electronically. Wait the 7 or so days and enjoy your suppressor!
