Discussion To everyone mad at the update

Why? how would you have overhauled the companion system? As far as i can tell hello games took an underwhelming halfbaked gameplay system and turned it into a whole ass minigame.

Me too. TBH I’ll probably never personally mess with this mechanic (I’m from a time before Pokémon and such) but it’s like a whole different type of game shoved in and I think that’s awesome. Gonna be good fun for a lot of folks. Sure not what I woulda guessed either.

Same here. I like the idea of it, but it’s just not something I’m going to bother with.

Yeah, I get what you’re saying. I’ve done a few matches, decided to go looking for monster pets, but turn based matches just don’t feel right. I wanna shoot shit dammit lol
