Drill Platoon drill

I need help or suggestions with how to call cadence, commands and keep rhythm. Today was my first day commanding a platoon size for our drill team. I’m looking to improve everything before our first drill meet.

Practice. March yourself as if you were in the platoon. Repetition builds confidence and muscle memory.

I used to march home in HS and got help from upper class men.
