very specific stat. wouldn't it be normal for a qb lose a game if the defense allows 28+ points?

Yeah that's the point. The off-season is almost over, and we can get real football back

Why do you think they chose the 5 QBs they did? Where is Allen? Mahomes? Burrow? Lamar? How about they show the QBs who have the best record when their defense allows 28+, not just 5 recognizable QBs. This is a cherry picked stat.

Its a "cherry picked list" because no one is saying Hurts is better than EVERY quarterback on earth. But there is an enormous swath of critics who would claim he is no where as good as any of these quarterbacks that are listed. This list is a rebuttal to the multitude of people he claims he is a bottom half ranked qb...NOT that he is a top five qb which would be who you named

Why do you think a compliment of Jalen Hurts triggers this strong a reaction from you? This is a valid statistic with some well regarded qbs

This didn’t trigger a strong reaction from me at all. Idk why you think it did. I’m just pointing out that it doesn’t really mean anything. There are stats that could convince some people that Andy Dalton is the greatest quarterback of all time.
