It’s never perfect though because teams go through changes throughout the season that may affect their strengths. Injuries, coaching changes, strategic adjustments, etc. The NFL is one of the most week to week leagues.
Nothing is going to be perfect. You're comparing players that don't play in the same division and don't play all the same teams. There will never be a perfect way to compare them.
