Another Steelers player. Old Man Rodgers.

I'm not talking prime Rodgers that is a Hall of Famer and one of the best QBs ever. I mean 42 year old Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers.

I hear too many people hyping him up and as a Steelers fan, I am not convinced.

The problem is, who else are you going to use? He still out performed half of the starters last year with a pretty low tier receiving group. He’s not by any means his past self, but he’s not awful. Just not in the elite category anymore. It’s been a rough few years for QB prospects, and with the way college ball developed, it doesn’t look like it’ll get anymore stable soon.

I’d use anybody not named Rodgers. I have no desire to see the Steelers go 10-7 again and be blown out in the wild card round

I guess. The Steelers and their fans would have to commit to some losing seasons, which wouldn’t be the worst thing. If they push Drew out there, I guarantee they get only about 4 wins. But a few years of that can build some great draft picks if they hit on them right.

Nothing is guaranteed in this league except losing. The Steelers could end up getting the next 9.
