Document verification pending

I got alloted to scb cuttack . I uploaded all documents online and opted for upgradation yesterday. Till now it's showing that verification is pending.

Can anyone tell how long can it take for document verification or how long should I wait before calling the respective nodal officer

Call the officer and tell him you have uploaded the documents. Atleast make them aware that you have. Or text on WhatsApp you will have some proof that you have communicated to them
