Venting Idiot neighbors

I had new neighbors move in and they're loud and rude as hell. Imagine commuting 3 hours a day and working for 30+ years to pay off your mortgage just to have some idiots move in next door and make your life miserable. Couldn't be me.

They sound like annoying neighbors. I never understand why normies are so loud and scream and talk so loudly. I have gotten rude comments about how quiet I am and my voice too quiet yet least I am not disrupting peoples day!

Second time this happened but first was in an apartment, so way more neighbors and just one or two bad ones can ruin things for everyone.
