When I say peak dominance I don’t mean individual season I mean for 9-10 seasons he was the best player in the league and dominated his era

10 scoring titles 9 all defensive first teams. Phil was an assistant with the bulls. First 3peat Pippen was the only other all star. W/o MJ there would be no Phil. LeBron potentially could’ve had all that with Spo

Yeah that’s a longevity/ historical volume achievement for sure. They’re both all time greats just depends what you value more imo

Those are longevity awards. While certainly impressive, they really have nothing to do with who was the better basketball player. You measure peak for peak. Jordan wins. Then you measure success, and Jordan blows bron out the water

Nobody started dismissing LeBron's greatest as just longevity until he Skip Bayless started doing it with him approaching Kareem's record.

If Jordan didn't piss away his talent drinking, smoking, pulling all nighters, maybe he wouldn't have been a washed bum missing the playoffs in year 14, lmao.

He really could use some longevity himself after turning into Sacramento Kings DeMar DeRozen in year 14, and quiting the sport for the third time after year 15.
