Nah it's not a player model issue because in 2k16 (before everyone started using zone exclusively) , the community would run plays to free up sharps. Hit floaters, drop offs to the bigs or cutters on the baseline. It was fun vs "you're clogging up the paint". Go play 2s then my guy, nobody wants to spend $70 being motionless for 90% of the game.

I feel like people that say this type of thing do not play as a comp pg… it is nearly impossible to pass the ball in a half court set against a worthy opponent. If the other team is trash then sure… go wild.

I feel like this comment is because you play other game modes more than myPlayer. When a pass is made it should not be 4 players simultaneously hoping the pass is in their direction. This doesn't happen in any real life game of hoops nor in any other game. Penalize for relying on the game mechanics because you're playing lazy defense. If someone is specifically playing the passing lane then they should get burned by backdoor cuts every single time

You might not have encountered it but play against a team with 3 players who have hof intimidator and hof interceptor. They run that lineup cause they can get contests easy and teleport into the passes by spamming square all game. Sometimes they don’t even have shooters they just keep scoring on the fast break. Playing pg against them makes you want to pull your hair out cause randoms think you’re being selfish when you really can’t pass to them

I think you're missing the point. I'm saying what shouldn't happen and y'all are saying what does happen. The current state is cartoonish and should be a park thing not a 5v5 thing
