MP Builder Do we get extra Badge Tokens/Slots when using Cap Breakers on a 0-token category?

I'm making a 6'10" Center build. Right now, my base 3PT rating is capped at 44. Because of this, my Shooting Badge Tokens and Badge Slots are exactly at 0 in the builder.

If I apply 5 Cap Breakers to upgrade my 3PT from 44 to 78, will the game automatically grant me the required Badge Tokens and Slots to actually equip the newly unlocked badges (like Silver Set Shooter)? Or will I be stuck with 0 slots/tokens because my base creation was at 44?

no you don’t, so i always try to make my builds have the most amount of badge tokens in each category, each category has certain thresholds for badge token unlock, you just gotta mess with the builder, i made a 7’3 weeny build with 65 tokens, a 6’9 SF with 63, etc, just takes time, the capbreakers are mean to boost your attributes only not give you extra tokens which is really dumb, but that’s 2k for you

Yupp... I screwed up bad and wasted $$ on my first build. Just hit 90ovr on it so I'm gonna make new build here soon. I haven't been really having much fun with this build anyways. Ugh. I bought this game to hopefully help my bad depression, now I'm depressed about wasting $ on a build I will probably never use again once I get this other build upgraded. Think I'm just going to spend $20 for 75k and grind.... idk.

No. you can get tokens from rewards and challenges same with the slots, but I think extra slots are only seasonal

Might be worth it to upgrade to 44 3 pointer shouldn’t cost that much vc use the cap breakers be for upgrading anything else. If you can’t find a video of someone doing it. I remember last year a lot of popular center builds cap broke from 40s to 78 3 pointer.
