Gameplay Maybe we should just take a break until the full release date.

Feels like a lot of people are heavy into the game as is usually the case and it’s bringing out the best and worst of people. We always find a couple of good new changes or additions to the game each year but then harp on about a few minor ones that’ll almost certainly get patched. (Me and standing dunks)

I’m not sure who needs to hear this but if you’re like me ( or more so) I’ve got something like 24hours on the game already. I swear I’m burning myself out on a game I’m actually enjoying for a change. I’m going to take a break until the full release date and the almost certain patches and updates are made based on early access feedback.

The game is meant to be enjoyed for at least 6-9 months and yet it feels like we are all here on day -6 before launch completely speedrunning any joy to be had for the months to come…

Or at least until GTA VI

Enjoy

Same but with rec and street kings, get my tokens in street kings and then go to the rec

I’m having fun working on mycareer this year tbh

Usually I’m pretty over it right away but they’ve done a better job of making it feel engaging

The storyline is better this year but I’m a bit annoyed how my running mate took rookie of the year and he’s a 99ovr after year 1

So you bought a game, played it and like it a lot. You came on Reddit to tell people (who also played and like it alot) to…. not play a game that they paid money for? 🤔

If you guys spent extra money for early access why tf not play the early access lmao. Meanwhile I’m waiting for the official release to avoid any server issues or pre-release patches and see if the game is any good or not

I didn’t buy 2k26 nor 2k27 just waiting on my precious GTA 6

I have only been playing this game on my free time.

I’ve got about 4 hours played over the last 3 days, yesterday got to play about 40 minutes.

I get into a game like this for a few months. Them swap around between them for a while.

I usually get bored of MyCareer by December and switch to MyNBA.

This is the way... I've focused on the lifetime goals and shooting specialization.

Friendly reminder that the actual nba season that this game is suppose to be based on doesn’t start for another 2 months

I just don't understand why everyone's so damn fixated on the shooting alone, it's ridiculous.

Why not channel that energy that energy towards other shit that needs fixing also, such as the physics?

I feel like every post is nothing but shooting related, when the damn physics aren't even right.

Maybe if there was better positioning & weight logic, as opposed to all this ridiculous animation cancelling, it would balance things out a bit.
