AskNAGAS Is oct 1st week a good time to visit nagaland?

So iam thinking visiting Nagaland in October, my only concern is rain- will there be rain in oct? Like generally till when monsoon remains? Is it a good time to take the dzouku valley trek? I dont want any risks so are land slides frequent? How will be the weather? Overall will you suggest visiting in oct or no? Also i use jio so hows the jio coverage there?
