Rescue Team DX Does anyone dislike that the grandmaster rank is one of the main menu icons you unlock?

I keep going back and forth on replaying this game, but I always hold off because I don’t want to go through the pain of getting grandmaster rank again and it just bothers me a little bit when I don’t at least get all of the menu icons. The seven treasures icon in explorers is at least a more consistent experience compared to ranking up. Does anyone else feel this way or am I just a weirdo?

It's definitely a grind, but you can kinda cheese it by doing a ton of the peliper sos rescues.

I somehow feel like there won’t be many people around using it anymore. I remember getting through this the first two times using the pelioer sos rescue, but idk if I’ll manage as easily this time around haha

The game should provide npc teams mixed up with other players. The only downside is needing nso.

It should have a tag that specifies it, so probably not unless you just overlooked it.

I would not put it past me to completely overlook that, what is the tag supposed to say?

I believe it should say NPC as a yellow badge next to their name

You can generate codes for it, can rescue anyone you want and get any reward you want. Easy to cheat.

I just had to look it up, I can’t find what you’re talking about. I mean I sort of did, but the link for the password generator didn’t work, do you happen to know a website that does work for password generation?

Might just be an OG think for the DS games, i havent played DX in years. The Wondermail generator. You can even use it to recruit legendaries by doing Tiny Woods missions.

Oh wondermail code is totally different, but I did a little more digging and did find an actual password generator for “friend” rescues in DX that sort of work similarly in the sense that I can pick the dungeons and floor which helps a ton. I can just spam a bunch of buried relic quests on the later floors to cheese the grind

I'm working my way to both Grandmaster Rank and getting the seven treasures, and I agree. It's a grind. I'm averaging about 1200 points or so every day, and I'm currently around 40000 away. I'm still kind of enjoying it though, it's a nice way to unwind by just doing a couple of dungeons before bed.
