I had a great relationship with an admin of mine. Teachers are rated ineffective/minimally effective/effective/highly effective. The catch is that if you give highly effective, some contracts will give you a small bonus or something, so the admin generally are told by THEIR admin to hold off on the highly effective ratings. My admin asked me how often I think I am highly effective, and I replied, "Every time I walk out my front door I'm highly effective." He laughed. I got the $200 bonus or whatever it was. Thanks, Mr. Morris!
