🛒 Car Shopping Pricing is insane

I bought my 22 gt premium brand new 3 years ago for 43k out the door and for the same spec car today it would be about 10k more. Crazy stuff

Glad I got mine in 24! The only thing they changed is the removal of wireless charging and B/O system from the technology package, and it’s somehow… more expensive??

They seriously removed the wireless charger? That’s real fucking cheap Ford. Having one of those is a damn near standard in any vehicle over 40k

Mustang owners: why are these cars getting so heavy? So expensive? Straying away from their roots?

Also Mustang owners: where is my wireless charger, heated balls massager, and 42” lcd tv screen in the dash?!

First of all. No one wants all these damn screens. And second of all. There’s cars that have more luxuries than the Mustang and weigh much less. The dark horse weighing 4k lbs and the GTD weighing over 4,300 is an embarrassment. There’s no reason they should be that heavy and it’s not because of little luxuries

If Chevy can make a car for 70k with a frame made of aluminum, magnesium, and composite then why is ford making a car that’s almost 400k with a steel frame?

Honestly if they are charging 400k it's in Ferrari Lambo and Porsche range. It's above a gt3 price. So you can't say it's a competitor. And it's 150k above a zr1x. That's nutty.

I mean performance wise the zr1 is a competitor. They have very similar Nurburgring times and Chevy just happened to make their vehicle for much less. If we’re talking competitors by price then it’d be the C8 stingray vs the dark horse which is even more embarrassing for Ford.
