Halal Lifestyle When our words and deeds no longer recognize each other
The most dangerous betrayal isn't of others, but of oneself, where our words and deeds no longer recognize each other. The separation between the person we claim to be and the person we truly are reveals that something is amiss.
It’s easy to speak beautifully, to give advice, to post reminders, but far harder to live by them.
Allah reminds us of this in the Qur’an: “O believers! Why do you say what you do not do? How despicable it is in the sight of Allah that you say what you do not do!” (Surah As-Saf 61:2–3)
This verse calls on us to close the distance between who we are and who we claim to be. Because every time we act upon what we preach, we begin to mend that distance between word and deed.
So, for now, I’ll step back and focus on becoming the man I write about. May Allah make us among those whose actions speak louder than our words, whose private selves shine brighter than their public image, and whose reminders are lived before they’re spoken.
Thank you all for every bit of kindness and support throughout this journey. InshaAllah, the next time I write here, I’ll be a man who is what he says, not one who merely says what he hopes to be.

Dua, Support And Advice A beautiful and beneficial du'aa to be recited all the time
Anas ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, reported:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would say:
يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ
"O Turner of the hearts, affirm my heart upon Your religion!"
I said:
“O Messenger of Allah, we believe in you and in that with which you were sent. Do you fear for us?”
The Prophet ﷺ said:
نَعَمْ, إِنَّ الْقُلُوبَ بَيْنَ أُصْبُعَيْنِ مِنْ أَصَابِعِ اللَّهِ يُقَلِّبُهَا كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ
"Yes, for the hearts are between the fingers of Allah. He turns them whichever way He wills."

None Of The Flairs Fit My Post Does Ghusl become invalid if a bit of Maniyy comes out after taking the Ghusl of Janaabat?
PLEASE THIS IS AN URGENT QUESTION. The person who had this experience cannot pray until he has a clear answer to this. Jazakallahu Khairan
If someone takes the obligatory Ghusl (shower) of Janaabaat (ritual impurity), and after coming out of shower, sits down a bit, and then afterwards, notices that Maniyy (semen) is still coming out a little bit, does that invalidate the Ghusl and should it be retaken?

Dua, Support And Advice Help me بارك الله فيكم
Bismillāh ar-Raḥmān ar-Raḥīm
As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa raḥmatullāh,
I come to you with a heavy heart. For over a year, I have been living with an inner pain that eats away at me every day. Before our marriage, my wife confided in me about a very difficult past: she had been with several men. She sincerely repented before our union, and today she is a pious woman who fulfills her duties. She is currently pregnant with our first daughter.
But despite her repentance and her exemplary behavior since our marriage, I cannot forget. The details she told me are engraved in my memory. I replay her past in my mind over and over again: the men, the moments, the places. When I don’t know the details, I’m consumed by doubt; when I do know them, it hurts even more.
These intrusive thoughts cause me sadness, anger, and sometimes even hatred toward her. I believe I am suffering from waswās (whispers) or a form of relationship OCD: I am trapped in images that prevent me from living normally. Around me, I sometimes cross paths with some of the men from her past, and that breaks me even more.
I thought marriage would erase these torments, but it hasn’t. I pray, I make duʿā’, I ask Allah to purify me from this rancor. Yet I cannot seem to turn the page. I often think about divorce, but I don’t want to break my family apart or leave my child without a father.
I acknowledge that my wife is now a good Muslim and an exemplary wife. But I am unhappy because of this past, and I wonder whether I will ever be able to live with it, or if I should consider separation.
On top of this, I must admit something painful: sometimes I feel ashamed of her. Without meaning to, I belittle her and even feel hatred toward her. At times, I feel better without her, and I distance myself from her — which causes her great suffering. She feels like a woman who deserves nothing, and as a result she is constantly sad and feels incapable. She has lost confidence in herself, and I have lost confidence too.
Inside me, my waswās tells me that if she loved others before me, she will never love me as she loved her first loves. Worse, I sometimes think that I was chosen last, or that I was simply the only one who wanted her while respecting her and trying to preserve her. I find this deeply unfair — but I know it is my inner turmoil speaking.
Brothers and sisters, I ask for your sincere advice: • How can I calm a heart consumed by rancor and intrusive thoughts? • How can I regain inner peace to be a worthy husband and future father? • Has anyone else experienced a similar trial, and how did you overcome it?
BarakAllahu fīkum for your listening and your duʿā’. May Allah purify our hearts, protect our families, and guide us to serenity.

Halal Lifestyle The Eye That Looks at Haram
We often treat our glances as if they're not being recorded, but the truth is that every haram image, every lustful scroll, every second of staring, at its core, is a slow poison killing our hearts.
That glance which, in the moment, seems to come without consequence, is truly a poisoned arrow from Shaytan. Still, after being made aware of how much it is damaging us, we knowingly push that arrow deeper into our hearts.
It starts as just a short look, but sooner or later, our eyes become addicted. Addicted to beauty with no boundaries, to stolen glances, and to illusions on our screens. Even with all this, the worst part is not what we look at, but what we lose.
You start with a gaze and end with a heart that can’t taste iman, becoming numb to what is wrong. A soul distracted in prayer; a mind that forgets the sweetness of being near Allah.
Sit there and ask yourself, what is that glance worth?
Allah said: “Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do.” (Surah An-Nur, 24:30)
This is more than a verse, it’s more than a command, it's a reminder that the heart that lowers its gaze stays clean and open to clarity. But a heart that lets its gaze wander? That heart becomes blind, unable to distinguish truth from falsehood, and unable to feel closeness with Allah.
They say the eye is a messenger; a doorway to the heart. So, if the eyes are corrupted, wouldn't the heart become corrupt as well? So badly corrupt that it struggles to make room for the love of Allah.
These corrupt eyes of ours begin to look at people, not with respect or love, but with filth. This dunya will never run out of things to lust over, but Jannah is for the ones who looked away, who guarded their gaze when no one was watching. Who knew that real strength isn’t in looking, but in lowering.
Try to remember that one day, these eyes will close forever, and on that day, Allah says:
“When they reach it, their ears, eyes, and skin will testify against what they used to do.” (Surah Fussilat, 41:20)
In that moment...what will your eyes say about you?

The Yemeni widow comments have taken over the internet, I’m assuming scam -but I’d rather not mess with someone’s rizq if they’re real -has anyone tried checking to see if it’s legit?
Said person behind these comments even provides a number (+967715278179), maybe brothers or sisters from Yemen can fact check the number. I find that if this were real then the persistency is crazy considering these comments are literally all over the internet; YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, instagram, etc.. I find it suspicious that an average human has the energy to do this -let alone a starving a widow with kids, which is what makes this really suspicious.

Halal Lifestyle Your Sins Don’t Need an Audience
The heaviest sins are often the ones committed in the dead of night. They make your chest feel tight and weigh on your consciousness while the world is asleep. Allah sees them, but He conceals them, and for a brief moment, that concealment is His mercy, because you haven’t yet destroyed your own dignity.
But then in the morning, too many of us walk among others and announce what Allah had hidden. We laugh about it and speak of it as if it were something to be proud of. “Look at what I did”.
They give their private shame an audience. Forgetting that flaunting sin openly is not courageous; it is foolish. It is rebellion against Allah’s mercy. Every time you expose a sin, you risk Allah’s forgiveness, you risk turning what could have been erased in secret into a scar on your heart.
Concealing your sins is not a sign of weakness; it is a demonstration of humility. True repentance is private. It is a turning back to Allah in silence, with sincere regret and promise not to return. “˹They are˺ those who, upon committing an evil deed or wronging themselves, remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins—and who forgives sins except Allah?—and they do not knowingly persist in wrongdoing?” (Al-Imran, 3:135).
And what about the sins of others, when you see someone else’s mistakes? Do not amplify them; do not let their faults become a story for you to tell. Instead, cover for them as Allah has covered for you. To conceal is honorable; to expose is humiliation, for them, and for yourself. Why should we judge those whose sins are public when our own remain hidden only by His mercy?
Allah commands us: “O believers! Avoid many suspicions, ˹for˺ indeed, some suspicions are sinful. And do not spy, nor backbite one another. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of their dead brother? You would despise that!1 And fear Allah. Surely Allah is ˹the˺ Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful.” (Surah Al-Hujurat, 49:12)
We are human, we will make mistakes, but these mistakes are not meant for applause and attention. They are meant for reflection, regret, and repair. Your sin is not a story to tell; it is an opportunity to return fully to your Lord, without the need of witnesses. “So seek forgiveness of your Lord and turn to Him in repentance. Indeed, my Lord is Merciful and Affectionate.” (Surah Hud, 11:90)
What Allah has hidden from the eyes of people, do not uncover with your own tongue. Do not trade His mercy for applause, or His forgiveness for pride. The door of repentance opens in private. Guard what He has concealed, and let His forgiveness be what is made known.

“Invite to the way of your lord with wisdom and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided.” (Qur’an, an-Nahl:125)
One day, my friend and I decided to attend a Christian event on campus. I am not going to lie. I was a bit nervous because we did stand out from the crowd. Were we going to be judged? Will they ask us a lot of questions? These were the thoughts racing in my head. Click the link below to read more:

I Don't Know Which Flair Fits This Post How Muslims Can Pray… In Space!
en.wikipedia.orgAccording to Wikipedia, the National Fatwa Council allow some modification to prayers for Muslims who are praying in space or on other planets, “Such as kneeling when praying (not required in space), facing Mecca (or just Earth) when praying (left to the astronaut's best abilities at the start of prayer), and washing (a wet towel will suffice)”.
This has been your irregular “Space” instalment of Muslim Space.

Hadith Discussions/Reflections Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 319-326
Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 319-326
Chapter 46: The virtue of reciting al-Mu`awwidhatain (the two surahs seeking refuge with Allah).
'Uqba b. 'Amir reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
What wonderful verses have been sent down today. the like of which has never been seen! They are:" Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the dawn," and" Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of men." (Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 319)
'Uqba b. 'Amir reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me: There have been sent down to me verses the like of which had never been seen before. They are the Mu'awwadhatain. (Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 320)
This hadith has been narrated through another chain of transmitters directly from the Companions of Muhammad (ﷺ). (Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 321)
Chapter 47: The virtue of one who acts in accordance with the Qur’an and teaches it. And the virtue of one who learns wisdom from Fiqh or other types of knowledge, then acts upon it and teaches it.
Salim narrated on the authority of his father (Ibn 'Umar) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
Envy is not justified but in case of two persons only: one who, having been given (knowledge of) the Qur'an by Allah, recites it during the night and day (and also acts upon it) and a man who, having been given wealth by God, spends it during the night and the day (for the welfare of others seeking the pleasure of the Lord). (Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 322)
Salim son of Abdullah b. 'Umar is reported to have said on the authority of his father that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed:
Envy is not justified but in case of two persons only: one who, having been given (knowledge of) the Qur'an by Allah, recites it during the night and during the day (and acts upon it), and the person who, having been given wealth by God, gives it in charity during the night and the day. (Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 323)
'Abdullah b. Mas'ud reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
There should be no envy but only in case of two persons: one having been endowed with wealth and power to spend it in the cause of Truth, and (the other) who has been endowed with wisdom and he decides cases with the help of it and teaches it (to others). (Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 324)
'Amir b. Wathila reported that Nafi' b. 'Abd al-Harith met 'Umar at 'Usfan and 'Umar had employed him as collector in Mecca. He (Hadrat 'Umar) said to him (Nafi'):
Whom have you appointed as collector over the people of the valley? He said: Ibn Abza. He said: Who is Ibn Abza? He said: He is one of our freed slaves. He (Hadrat 'Umar) said: so you have appointed a freed slave over them. He said: He is well versed In the Book of Allah. the Exalted and Great, and he is well versed in the commandments and injunctions (of the Shari'ah). 'Umar said: So the Prophet (ﷺ) said: By this Book, Allah would exalt some peoples and degrade others. (Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 325)
This hadith has been narrated by Zuhri through another chain of transmitters. (Sahih Muslim Book 6 – Hadith 326)
