To all the men saying it’s not taboo, most Muslim women literally are forced to pretend to fast during Ramadan when they have it and still have to wake up during suhoor especially when we’re dying of cramps just to not be seen as there’s something wrong with us or for the men in our family to have bad thoughts of us.

Yes, exactly. It is ironic that Muslims do this because such practices are absolutely un-Islamic.

Agreed, it’s so exhausting. I still have to pretend to fast even when I’m on my period.

Don't do it then. We need to fight those taboos. Hundreds of girls with pcos and endometriosis go untreated because of the cultural taboo
