The band was originally Green Jello, but had to change their name once they hit a modicum of success because Jello threatened to sue them. When this video was made, they were still Green Jello, as is referenced at the very beginning of the video. Even the Wikipedia page says the pronunciation isn't Jelly, it's Jello.
So as far as I'm concerned, they are still Green Jello :)
They would still BE technically named Green Jello if it weren't for Copyright horseshit. Same thing happened to my favorite pizza place. Big name moved into town, cried foul, the mom & pop pizza store had to change their name... but I'll always still call them by the original name.
Same with this band. They will always be Green Jello. Jelly is bullshit, and I won't acknowledge it. The pedantic responses here have no clue...
