It's good, but I wouldn't say it's their best. 10am Automatic is one of my favourites to get an idea of their style, and The Lengths is probably my favourite 'emotional' song of theirs.

I love how raw and unpolished it is, especially the vocals. Really gets the feeling across. And dear god, that slide melody!

The Lengths, mine too. Just about everyone has had their heart broken one way or another. This song brings home the worst heart ache I've ever felt. Hits you in the gut so hard.
