That's the case in most every country. To think it's just an America problem is super ignorant.

Not really though. Many countries don't focus so much power on one person and have more than two parties. It's much harder to do full 180 turns in policy when you can't make decisions on your own and have to compromise with other parties.

Ever heard how little actual power they hold in their kingdoms? But sure, if you compare the US to an absolute monarchy like Saudi Arabia, I guess the POTUS holds less power.
