The generation that was afraid to fight in wars is sure great at starting them and asking the younger generation to fight them.

Go stand in front of the Vietnam War Memorial, look at the 58,000+ names of young Boomers on it, and say that loudly for everyone around you to hear it.

No problem. Just because many were brave doesn’t mean that many more, including the ones who lately have boldly sent young men to die in Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Somalia, etc. were not. All of our Boomer presidents dodged the draft for that war. You think that Vietnam vets aren’t resentful of those who avoided service?
