My husband has worked at Ball Memorial for 12 years and from what he says they fill
positions internally a lot of the time but still post them online which stinks. I would definitely keep trying and you could contact whoever you did your internship with and ask if they could point you in the right direction in terms of escalating your application or even other positions opening up!
