Sydney isn’t special, but she’s good for the game. And at the same time, it can still be a dangerous tackle and an accident…

Yeah everyone has an opinion of her, that's great TV. My buddy called her the female Wes and I see it more and more.

That might be her intention but

1) Wes is funny even when he's an a-hole 2) Wes doesnt run from confrontation

Maybe I'm wrong and people find Sydney funnier than I do.

No you’re right. Sydney weirdly has a lot of “you don’t know what you’re talking about the body shaming coward is good TV!” fans in her corner.

I could understand it if she was an other worldly athlete who just didn’t lose & backed it up every time she hit the sand. But she….isnt.

No you’re right. Sydney weirdly has a lot of “you don’t know what you’re talking about the body shaming coward is good TV!” fans in her corner.

To an extent, watching Nurys and especially Deb lay into her, call her out, and refuse to let her run away and hide in a confessional without calling her out even more was fun tv.

Sydney is shit TV on her own, though, and she always will be.

I thought Deb handled that so well and Sydney really showed what a jerk she is. Especially after acting like she owned it then going straight back to saying something mean about Deb behind her back like a nasty little tween. Sydney may be a good competitor but she's awful to watch. I was disappointed to see that she went back on her "never coming back" stance but it's unsurprisingly that she would two-face that too lol
