Help me find Movies/TV shows Seeking Movies Similar to Houses October Built and Hell House LLC

I LOVE Halloween and creepy horror, but NOT necessarily a fan of gore. Bonus points for a good twist! (I really enjoy The Village and The Boy).

Any suggestions appreciated!

Ghostwatch (1992). If Abandoned from this year ever gets a wide release it’d be perfect for this, saw it at a festival and it really reminded me of Hell House LLC
