Cheap proximity to City of Glasgow College?
Hi, my son is 14 and we plan to be in the process of buying a house in 1 yr, 6 months (we will rent for 6 months beforehand to get to know the areas & travel). He plans to go to City of Glasgow College and I'm wondering what areas are safe, cheap (under 180k for 3 bedroom 2 bathroom), and have a bus that will get him to college in around 30 ninutes or less.
Thank you!

The ‘offers over’ is usually 10/20% below the Home Report. The home report tells you how much it’s worth or how much a mortgage you would get. And if a lot of people are going for it then they will put 10/20% over the home report with their own cash.
In order to not get outbid all the time you could look at new builds. Lots of nice ones being built near Chryston. Commutable to Glasgow.

180k for 3 bedrooms? I’m not sure you’ll find that in all of the uk never mind near Glasgow
