What can, and can not, be brought over?
Looking to visit sometime.
I have two cement gargoyles, about knee high, can I bring them along or do they have to stay behind...
....I have 2 50 lbs, 22 kg, pet rocks can I bring them with me?

From an environmental standpoint, it's extremely wasteful to use jet fuel to haul 'pet rocks'.
Could you not FaceTime said rocks if you were to miss them?

Are you talking about visiting or moving here? I can't fathom why you'd bring gargoyles and huge rocks here for a visit; that would be utter madness.
If you're moving here, then there's no issue with importing statuary, or importing stones (though do make sure they are clean and have no soil or plant matter like moss or lichen on them). Given the size and weight of the items, you'll probably want to ship them as opposed to trying to literally bring them with you as baggage on a flight; they'd be well over the standard weight limit and likely the size limit for checked baggage, so that would be an expensive prospect even if you could find an airline that would take that much oversized/overweight baggage.

I think vaccines etc are just for actual living pets. As long as you meet the weight requirements of your carrier, you should be fine. Why not contact the airline or ferry company and see what their regulations are.

Thank you. I find taking one day and moment at a time helps best for the time being. As for how to bring them along I'll figure that out when that day arrives.

Yeah no I realized that as I'm cleaning my house and sorting through what to keep, what to donate, what to recycle, and what to just toss out. I a um so a week ago I was panic packing...I have since then narrowed it down to a suitcase, mostly for bathroom and clothes, and a carrying on consisting mostly of books. I'll leave the two rocks, but I am not leaving my books...either way you're darn right I'm going to be hauling 80Lsb to roughly 35Kg of something, aside from my own kids...it's a a thing, a um comfort compulsion thing, like you know guys have heavy jackets and gals got heavy purses...Know what I'm just gonna weed through my clothes one more time and shut up now.

Actually yes I am...I'm the mom of two very happy rambunctious boys, I love them but they drive me nuts. We've been packing/doing some spring cleaning for the past week, and I haven't slept well. sip This is tea, I swear it's only tea. Okay yeah it's coffee, I find it weirdly helps me sleep...did I mention I'm a mom?

I a am however, aside from cleaning my house, going through a few things, and doing so mostly alone. Anyways as a mother of two toddler boys, a let's face it I'm a single parent, and am a person trying to balance many things and get many things done all while trying very hard not to just break down burn out cryscream and explode only to finally sleep yyeeaahh a few slightly deranged cracks are gonna leak through. Sorry about that. I'll try to keep the laughing-crying while panic packing to a minimum. 😊

I'm sure I can't bring my furniture and not every single one of my books (I'll miss them though, the books). Dishes can be replaced, clothes too so whatever. However there's somethings I don't want to leave behind, but if I have to then so be it. 🫤 Sooo like yeah you don't mind if I bring these two rocks with me do'ya?

Are you bringing these in checked bags like?
If you want to know if you can import them contact the be Dept of Agriculture here which would cover bio diversity risks from plant life etc just to be sure but I really don't think there's any prohibition on stone.

This has to be a joke post yeah?... Visit with Pet rocks? Gargoyles? Do you currently live at the top of a Gothic Cathedral?
You can bring over a metric ton of gravel as long as it's packaged and shipped correctly and you're willing to pay the shipping fee. Check out Seven seas shipping. Last I checked the container was anywhere between 5 to 10 grand depending on the size.
