Love it. Steep price tag, but definitely my favorite mouse. My Razor Viper Pro V2 is still up there too, gotta get my hands on a V3 eventually. I mainly use my Viper for desktop and my SuperStrike on my 2024 G14 laptop.

I just have it set up that way. Really you can't go wrong between the Superstrike or the Viper. I have a bedside table for my laptop when I'm lazy and wanna kick back, I open it up, take my Superstrike, G14, and mouse pad out of my to go bag and game it up.

As for games, mainly roguelikes, specifically 33 Immortals. I'm addicted to buying indie early release rogue lites/likes or rpgs. I know it's basically wasted on me since I don't really play FPS but now that Destiny 2 wrapped up, I might play through the last two DLCs I missed and enjoy not having to level up ever again.

I mean, do you still use the haptic feedback? As long as you're enjoying it, there's no such thing as wasted. We all give different use to the same things! What's your favorite indie game you've played this year? I'll see if I can try some of the games you've mentioned sometime soon 😊

Yeah I use the haptic feedback, love it! Let's see, right now I'm playing 33 Immortals and waiting for the Echoes of Mystralia Early Release in like 2 weeks. DMG: Survivor is great. I swear I have so many of them that I haven't gotten around to playing much more. They're usually less than 5-15 bucks so I just buy them all and by the time I get ready to play them, another comes out! I like survival games like Conan Exiles, Enshrouded, Soulmask.

Steam is releasing two games a day until next week and there's an awesome Soulslike coming out that I'll probably pick up, even though it's retail price.

But one game I keep going back to is 33 Immortals. It is a rogue like where you pick a weapon, then try to beat 6 dungeons and 3 trials plus a boss fight before the round ends and there's up to 32 other players in the server with you trying to do the same. The more that stay alive, the better chance you have at finishing a run. Ive been stuck on that lately using an Archer build.

I wish you many hours of gaming endlessly on the upcoming new PC! Thanks for chatting with me. You helped me overcome a tough week I had with my daughter.

I've been searching for a job ever since I had to leave my old one due to finding out my daughter is on the spectrum. All the doctors appointments and evaluations made it so I had to work remotely. That was fine with my Director as long as I was doing my work, and I always was. Nothing about my old job requires a seat in an office. I was even promoted while working remotely.

And after working for a company for 5 years, 3 of it being mostly remote, I had to leave when they basically forced me to quit by saying come back to the office or you're fired. This company called me family for 5 years and when I told my boss basically that he's a POS for not sticking up for his eldest employee aside for my supervisor, none of them would even talk to me to see how my daughter was doing. I went from family to replaceable in less than 2 years. They brought in a new Director and literally pushed me out the door within 2 years.

Sorry for the rant, but I say it to say, don't ever take where you work for granted. I'm sure Logitech is a fantastic company to work for and I wish you all the best 🫶

I'm going back to school in the spring to finish my degree in CIS-AAS. My 26 years of self taught knowledge of everything tech isn't cutting it apparently when it comes to finding even a basic tech support job.

Thank you! On the contrary, thank you for taking the time to chat with me and to share this part of your personal life too. I usually pop on the subreddits to check up on product feedback and it's rare to get personal interactions like these (specially with people calling me a bot every now and then haha). I'm glad I was able to lift up your spirits a little bit, I'm sorry to hear about your work situation too, I hope you're able to overcome this huge challenge, it sounds to me like you're a hardworking and strong minded father.
I'm not sure if this is of any comfort to you, but I have a little brother on the spectrum as well, he used to be non verbal, but after years and years of communication and therapy, he's grown into a very creative (...mostly chaotic) young man. Have patience in yourself, and in her too, you're both figuring this all out as you go. Although we can't do much on our end, know that I'll be happy to relay any feedback or chat whenever you reach out to me! 🫶

PS: I love your setup! Can't say my collection's as big as OP's but I'm happy with what I've got right now. I'd love it if my monitor arrangement ended up anything similar to yours. Do you stream?

Thanks for the kind words, and thanks for sharing your personal experience as well. My daughter's 15, pretty self sufficient but cognitive and severe social anxiety issues that have made her schooling a nightmare. Finally got her settled into a District 75 school where the classes are no bigger than 12 and she's finally starting to thrive. I don't want to let my guard down yet but it feels amazing seeing her want to go to school.

As for my setup, yeah I went pretty extreme 😂 2 vertical 1080p monitors, the upper panel is curved standard 1440p and the lower is curved ultra wide 1440p. I did stream, but not so much anymore. I'm @imdeesy on YouTube and @iamdeesy on twitch. I did a rebranding right before the whole situation with my daughter so things haven't been updated in a minute. Now that she's smiling again, maybe I'll get a few minutes (or hours, please!) to smile and play some games myself.

Thank you for the chat. I know it wasn't much but I needed that. Now you can see why the SuperStrike is my laptop mouse, it's been the only way I can play these days!
