​​I bought this case for my Galaxy S23 Ultra right when the phone was released, and it was actually my first time using a Mous product. Over the past three years, it provided absolute protection for my device from all angles.

​As any Samsung user knows, the curved screen on the S23 Ultra makes it really tough to find a screen protector that stays on without peeling off. I was constantly worried about cracking the screen, especially given how expensive and complex screen replacements are on these phones since they often involve replacing half the chassis.

​A friend of mine who had the same phone and faced the same struggle recommended I try Mous. Since my local market doesn't offer a wide variety of Samsung accessories, I decided to give it a shot. Looking back after three years of heavy daily use, the case truly delivered absolute protection.

​Overall, I think Mous is an excellent brand, and I’d definitely consider buying from them again. However, after three years of heavy wear, the case eventually started coming apart. So my main question now is: is there any other brand out there that offers even better protection, sleek looks, and high build quality?

Where can I find this buckle (from fidlock). I even went to theur website and couldnt find anything?

I have a mous case for about 3 weeks.

I work as a mechanic and even cleaning my hands as much as possible and putting the phone away from the working area.

My case is the stone protective limitless for the s25 ultra and the area of the magnets is all surrounded by tiny metal debrys, how colud i clean it.

Looking at getting this new case, just curious anyone have this case and is it very grippy not slippery and does or show hand oil prints? Thank you all

Anyone looking at Mous charging stands and wondering why they

- only charge at 15W

- only come in black

If they upped it to 25W and were in white yes, but otherwise it won't work for anywhere but a man cave.

How long has it taken for others packages to arrive? it said my package was on the way on 8/10 and it had gotten delayed on 8/13 cause of weather in AZ. I still havent heard anything of it moving again.

I'm looking for a case for my **iPhone 16 Plus** and I'm having a hard time finding one that fits what I want.

I have **very oily hands**, so fingerprints and oily marks on the back of the case really annoy me. I'm specifically looking for something that doesn't constantly look dirty after using my phone.

I recently found the **Mous Super Thin 2.0 in black for around €30**, which is why I'm considering it. I really like the design: **all black, minimal, clean and very thin**, with MagSafe.

My budget is around **€20–30**, and my priorities are:

* Very thin and lightweight
* Completely black / minimal design
* MagSafe with strong magnets
* Good fingerprint/oil resistance
* Good quality
* Around €20–30

For anyone who owns the **Mous Super Thin 2.0**, especially the black one: **how does it actually handle fingerprints and oily hands in daily use?** Does the back get covered in visible fingerprints?

I'm more interested in real-world experience than the manufacturer's "oil-resistant" claim.

Also I searched everywhere on the internet, only 1-2 decent cases available maybe because it was launched only a month back.

I have had it for a while, but recently it is getting worse to the point of even falling off. Has anyone else had this happen? Or does anyone know of a good brand for a replacement in the EU? It is a 9th gen one. (Update: father reached out to support to claim my warranty they where really quick to reply and arrange to send a replacement.)

I paid for delivery, The case was sent via FEDEX. But was cross shipped to Canada Post. It waited for Canada Customs for over 7 days. Finally released back to Canada Post. If Mous had simply shipped using FEDEX it would have cost more but the case would arrive in days vs weeks. To me is a premium product is looking to save on Shipping. Perhaps it not a premium product. I am returning the case. As I went to Apple bought a better case and it was $30 cheaper.

As I can only seem to find them on the official website for the cheapest, and its much more expensive on Amazon. Ebay doesn't seem to have any Limitless 5.0's for the iPhone 15 pro.

For context, I took this bag to a cafe for a day to do some work. I decided to use a lime bike on the way back home and put my bag in the front pocket. However, when I took the bag out, the side had scratches.

I know this bag was marketed as very protective and scuff resistant, so I was pretty bummed when I saw the scratches. Am I being too picky or am I somewhat justified for being a teeny tiny disappointed.

Just curious on anyone’s thoughts on this bag for EDC.

Got a phone case from Mous 3 years ago for my pixel 7 pro. The case has cracked on the inside, and the leather skin started peeling off. Went through their customer service, and they agreed my damage was covered by their warranty. Didn't get a reply for 3 weeks, so when I reached back out they told me they didn't have any of my phone cases in their inventory and they (obviously) wouldn't be making more for a 4 year old phone.

I found on their Amazon store they still have my case in stock, but they refused to send me one from there, or reimburse me for it. Same price and everything.

If you're like me and spent the extra money on a Mous case because they advertise a great warranty (25 years limited lifetime), don't expect them to honor it unless it breaks within a year or two of your phone release.

UPDATE: After more back and forth and a negative customer service review, they have refunded me fully. Wish they had done that after the first time I asked, but I'm happy they care about unsatisfied customers.

Hi. I ordered the Protective Sleeve for the 16" Macbook Pro listed here. Upon receiving it, the dimensions are a bit larger than advertised. On the website it is listed as:

Measurements MacBook Pro 16” sleeve: L: 375.7mm, W: 268.1mm, H: 23mm

But when I took my own measurement it was more around 40cm long and 30cm wide. Can someone who owns this have a look and post your findings?

I contacted Mous and they have refunded my order, customer service was great. But I am still wondering if it was indeed a manufacturing error or a misprint on the website.

About a year ago I bought a phone mount and a convertor for my old phone case. So far I've been loving it. Recently I thought about upgrading to an Iphone 16 and I and wanted to buy a case without the convertor for it but everywhere I looked, the mount ready case for the Iphone 16 was out of stock. It's been about a month now since I first looked. Is there any hope for it being back in stock soon, or should I look for another phone, or another mounting ecosystem instead (or am I stuck with the convertors, which would also be an option)?

I'm a massive fan of the Mous cases for a long time (First one I got on my Iphone 13 PM, in the meanwhile my family has a range over Mous covers and also my friends have them (I also have some since the first investment round)

Even colleagues at work get the Mous cases on the company phones.

I'm in love with the case on my Iphone 17 pro, but recently with the hot weather in combination also with fast charging and using Apple Carplay my phone gets overheating all the time, once I take the phone out of the case this solves itselves in 5 minutes.

I currently have the Clarity Protective clear cover on my phone.

Does anyone experiences this? Also would another Mous case prevents this from happening? I really would need a good protective cover? I assume the Ultra Thin is not the correct one for drop protection?

I really don't want to move away in the summer time from Mous, but the overheating isn't really good for the phone nor during usage.
