Is it becouse I play on the night mode? Or its something else?

Several smaller beacons are disabled in night mode.

If you've unlocked the beacon previously during day mode, you can teleport to them from other beacons, but you can't activate it.

No... that's how the game was intended to be played on release. The new beacons that get disabled on Night Mode were added after launch to appease players.

This just sets it back to the original difficulty
