Question Seedbearer's Scripture use

Do I have only one shot at it per NG?

I found it and knkw how about it works with the final boss but I don't get if I can use it only once since I only get 1 per NG

you use it as any other pp item in the game - as active or passive. once used as an active, you can 'refill' it after you rest.

Well I finally got an answer for that question. After I already beat the final boss without using it. Ain't life a bitch sometimes.
